Waltham Forest’s £25m Feel Good Centre with Unique Features.
This new build brownfield site development features a 25m pool, learning pool, fitness suite with air conditioning, BMX Areas, sports hall and hydrotherapy suite with spa and treatment rooms.
Commissioned to design the leisure centre’s mechanical services including heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, domestic water and drainage, EMEC has also introduced photovoltaics and CHP system for both space and pool heating.
